Please read: 

1. Tickets are non refundable, and we cannot change your seat after the purchase.

2. If you buy ticket insurance and you need a refund, please file the claim with them.

3. Should the show be canceled you will be refunded automatically.

4. Your ticket is your dinner reservation - please arrive at your designated time so we can provide you and everyone else with timely service. Seating times are 5:30pm, 6:00pm, and 6:30pm, and you will have plenty of time to order dinner and drinks before and during the show. If you come earlier than 5:30pm, you can grab a drink in the bar, outside the concert / dinning room. Music from 7pm until around 9pm.

5. The ticket cost goes exclusively to the musicians and music producers, not the restaurant, and it does not include food or beverage. Please do not bring any outside food, desserts, or beverages. 

6. Though not a lot, there usually is room for dancing. Please be considerate of sight lines if you choose to dance.
