Important Information for Your Concert Experience at Brianno’s Chart House

We’re excited to welcome you for an unforgettable evening of great music and delicious dining! To ensure you have the best experience, please review the following details:

Ticket Information:

• All ticket sales are final, and seating selections cannot be changed after purchase.
• If you purchased ticket insurance and need a refund, please file your claim directly with the provider.
• In the rare case of a show cancellation, you’ll receive an automatic refund.
• Ticket transfers are easy! While we aren’t able to process transfers ourselves, you can simply print your tickets and pass them along to the person attending in your place.
• Why these ticket policies? We strive to keep ticket prices as low as possible for everyone. If we had to hire staff to handle ticket changes, we’d have to add extra fees—and we’d rather keep things affordable so more people can enjoy the show!

Dinner & Seating:

Your ticket serves as your dinner reservation! Please arrive at your designated time (5:30pm, 6:00pm, or 6:30pm) so we can provide you and all guests with excellent service. You’ll have plenty of time to enjoy a fantastic meal and drinks before and during the show. If you arrive earlier than 5:30pm, feel free to grab a drink at the bar before being seated. Music starts at 7:00pm and runs until around 9:00pm—get ready for a great show!

Supporting Live Music:

Your ticket price goes directly to the musicians and music producers to support live music! Food and beverages are not included with the ticket purchase. Please refrain from bringing outside food, desserts, or beverages.

Dancing & Atmosphere:

Love to dance? There’s usually a little space for it! We just ask that you remain mindful of other guests’ views of the stage.
